Well Come, Well Come

This is my blog, I'm a member of that elite crowd of people that know a bit more about computers than those who simply have emails and that means I can put my opinions up for the world to see. I can invite ridicule and throw my virtual hat into the virtual arena from on top of my virtual soap box, make mistakes in the MOST public of forums and upset strangers.
I'll be updating as much as possible, as often as I've something to say.
I'll be talking comics really old, old and new, films and music that pique my interest and maybe a bit of my view from Spain.

The above is a doodle from a year and a bit back. I don't like that the people in cities get more and more isolated, plugging themselves into whatever will have them, to avoid human contact. It's like a form of contraception. Unfortunately I'm getting to be part of the MP3 and a free newspaper crowd too... : (

If i don't plug in my ipod i have to listen to some early morning wafflers bangin' on about the pub or club last night or who's got the toughest staff (dog not 'starf')so music is the wiser choice.
Though my ipod's just broke, i'm still not accepting the free papers- they'll lead civilisation to ruin!

Anonymous, all of the Harry Potters are available, including the latest where he loses his viginity just before dying.
Hurk,my iPod in London saved me from the air wasting bores you're talking about; here in Barca it saves me from the constant buzzing of everyone elses MP3s. It's a real 'If you can't beat, join 'em' scenario.
Anthony, it's not a real mustache...it comes with the kit!

This claimer!
I've no idea if the above Harry Potter comment is true. I just hope he loses his virginity if it's the last book (like Rupert Bear did)

Billy - Youre a handsome man. Im thinking of growing a Charles Bronsonesque tache meself. But Id probably look like some Bollywood hero.

By the way, why is everything coming up Japanese? Modern technology! Too clever for its own good.

That was Ro by the way

Hey Ro!
One day I hope EVERYthing will be in Japanese. Are you sure it's actually coming up in Japanese or have you just been out there too long? I'm avoiding quoting Prince Phillip here. Save it for the pub!

I don't know which looks more cool, your illo or your profle pic.

Can't wait for the blogs about old comics, especially rants about the good, the bad, and the Danny Bulanadi's.

Keeping my chin up, hope yours is too

I had the privilege to see Will Shyne in the real reality.
He has more more hair on his head than what you would believe from the photo.
I didn't knew his Avoidson self but hey...it's a really nice picture (a little more bear like than in reality).
PS Is that one of those superb Shine phones in your hand?

OH No Potter cannot die! I thought you meant it! You're just jealous because he has a better hair cut then yours and he would of lost his virginity before you did!

top of the afternoon, mr. shine! the blog is looking swell and summery.

personally i think it's okay to slip into an ipod coma once in a while. if we gave everyone and everything equal attention our brains would explode. that's why we forget things. i forget most things and it's a blessing. but people seem to talk to me anyway even when i'm wearing headphones. i think we're starting to approach people no matter what gadgets or antennas are sticking out of our heads and hoping for the best. it's the handless mobile users that freak me out. those people who talk to themselves used to be called schizophrenics. now it's hard to tell...
